The kebab is street food at its most honest — lamb on a slow-turning spit, fresh salad, thick house sauce, all folded into warm naan. It's a wrap you eat standing up, made by people who care what goes in it. That's the food we grew up loving, and that's the food we make.

Ooh Moses is our take on it. Everything is built from the ground up — no pre-marinated meat, no plastic sachet sauces. Our naan is baked, our chips are cut, our yoghurt drink is stirred. And a share of every wrap we sell goes back to families we've been helping for years. That's the Moses bit: good food, given back.

David and Samir met in the UK's food and hospitality world and spent fifteen years building small businesses that actually worked — cafés, kitchens, corner shops, wholesale runs. They earned their success the long way, one late shift at a time.

When it came time to build something of their own, they didn't chase trend. They built a kebab brand around the two things they'd always believed in: make it yourself, and give some back. Every wrap sold funds meals and mentoring through charity partners they've backed for years.

Every cut is rubbed and rested overnight in our own spice blend — no shortcuts, no pre-mix.

We build every kebab spit by hand each morning, layer by layer, the honest old way.

Yoghurt, garlic, chilli, tahini — blended in small batches, never bottled in.

Slapped onto a hot stone in the morning, warm again when it hits your hand.

Real muscle from trusted butchers. If we can't slice it, we won't serve it.
